Sylvie

This English-style oatmeal stout is silky smooth and lightly sweet. This year-round stout is brewed with dark, roasted malts that lend rich dark chocolate and espresso flavors. The addition of oats lends a smooth, round finish.

Gin Barrel aged Czech Pilsner • 5.5% ABV • 500ml bottle • $13
Our 5th anniversary Czech style pilsner, “Hype Track”, aged in Bluecoat gin barrels for 12 months with Brettanomyces, lemon grass, and rose hips. Subtle funk meets warm citrus, bright herbal notes, and a light floral fruitiness.
