About This Role
We’re hiring bartenders for our new location at 4323 Main Street in Manayunk (Philadelphia, PA 19127). This location will operate as a bar and taproom 7 days a week and will regularly host private events and public event programming.
We’re looking for professional, hospitality-driven bartenders who genuinely love creating a fun, welcoming, lively experience. As a Bartender, you’re not just pouring beer — you’re guiding guests through our lineup, helping them find a new favorite, remembering their usual, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels like they belong here.
What You’ll Do
Deliver prompt, friendly, and thoughtful service.
Pour draft beer, wine, cider, and mix cocktails, always presenting the product to our standards.
Confidently guide guests through our craft beverage lineup — beer, NA options, wine, cider, and cocktails.
Operate our Square POS system efficiently and accurately.
Keep your bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Handle opening and closing side work: cleaning bar surfaces, bussing tables, restocking, keeping restrooms tidy, etc.
Maintain “heads up” awareness of customer needs — offering another pour before they need to ask.
Help manage the overall atmosphere: music, lighting, temperature, energy.
Support your teammates: work collaboratively with other bartenders.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in a bar, brewery, or restaurant setting.
Certification: Current RAMP certification (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts. Able to move cases of cans or bottles, sixtels, and kegs (between 20 to 160lbs) alone or with assistance.
Availability: Flexibility to work peak hospitality hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A team-first mindset and the ability to stay calm, kind, and quick on your feet.
